BCWS Catering is very passionate about our food. Our aim is to serve soul food that reaches the heart of our clients and render proper food etiquette from start to finish. BCWSC will focus on food that caters to the Soul Food Community with the ability to cross over to other ethnic communities. BCWSC will cook with a variety of fresh and organic products. Our aim will be to serve flavorful but healthy products. BCWSC understands the challenges of competing with existing well known and established soul food restaurants. However, BCWSC services are more unique to our product will start with the focus on small and large weekend catering events but ultimately expand to personal home deliveries.

 

The need is based on the enormous request for good soul food and the minimal number of organizations within the city of Chicago and western suburbs.
