"Brothers Cooking with Soul" is a catering business being established under the corporation: TMoore & RWilliams LLC. Terry Moore, head cook has completed and met food handler certification requirements. However, "Brothers Cooking with Soul continues to complete all business requirements and trainings pertaining to the catering business. Be it resolved that "Brothers Cooking with Soul operates its catering establishment developing company and preparing food for the purpose of cooking for family and friends to enhance cooking skills and techniques in preparation of becoming a full catering business. This gesture gives the head cook and the Sous Chef, business partner an opportunity to share good cooking with family and friends. All items and cost listed above are the amounts associated with the cost of purchasing required items. It is further resolved that none of the items listed above contributes to any company profitability. All cooking is done as a personal favor to host.

The cost of all items listed in this invoice are estimated cost. The actually cost of the listed items in the invoice are subject to change during the actual purchasing. All cost associated with these purchases are the responsibility of the event host. BCWS accepts the responsibility of purchasing all items listed in the invoice using all deposits and total food cost payments made to BCWS. A copy of all receipts of items purchased by BCWS will be surrendered to the event host day of the event. BCWS will surrender to the event host any monies not spent from all deposits and final food cost given to BCWS by event host. Upon acceptance of this invoice, the event host agree to pay for any items purchased by BCWS not covered in this invoice due to actual cost of items listed in this invoice.
